- Woodland Ridge Apartments - Spring Lake, Michigan
- Omega Construction Co. was the general contractor of this apartment community. We constructed a total of 390 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments in 18 and 24 unit buildings. Three story wood framed buildings were constructed with garages and carports. Individual units varied from 880 to 1200 square feet. Four buildings were under construction at one time, for a total of five phases built over a six year period of time. In addition, a club house was constructed with a fitness center, heated swimming pool and bath house, along with lighted tennis and volleyball courts. Professional landscaping and underground irrigation completed the project.
- Clearview Apartments - Holland, Michigan
- This project was a result of the developer seeing the quality of our work at the Woodland Ridge Apartments. With half of the complex complete, the developer, who had been working as its own general contractor, made the decision to have Omega Construction take over the project as general contractor. After taking over, we completed 192 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments in a mixture of 12, 18, 24 and 32 unit buildings. The buildings were two or three story wood framed buildings. Two buildings were under construction at the same time. Individual units varied in size from 880 to 1200 square feet. Enclosed garages with remote openers, professional landscaping and underground irrigation added curb appeal and convenience. The project consisted of three phases, lasting three years.
- North Ridge Condominiums - Spring Lake, Michigan
- Omega Construction Co. was the general contractor for this condominium community. We constructed 72 luxury one, two and three bedroom condominiums in three separate 24 unit buildings. The buildings were three story wood framed buildings with enclosed garages. All units were partially completed and then finished to the owners’ specifications after the units were sold. A club house was constructed along with a fitness center, heated swimming pool and bath house, along with lighted tennis and volleyball courts. Professional landscaping and underground irrigation completed the project.
- The Arbors of Traverse Apartments and Condominiums - Traverse City, Michigan
- As the general contractor for this mixed apartment and condominium community, Omega Construction Co. has constructed 336 one, two and three bedroom apartments. To date, there are twelve 24 and 30 unit three-story wood framed buildings. Construction also included enclosed garages, along with an upscale club house, fitness center, heated swimming pool and spa, tennis courts and a putting green.
- Wildwood Meadows Apartments and Condominiums - Ludington, Michigan
- Omega Construction Co. constructed a total of 174 one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments in both 18 and 24 unit buildings as the general contractor of this mixed apartment and condominium community. There have been 42 condominium units constructed to date. Three story wood framed buildings were constructed, along with enclosed garages. Individual units varied from 880 to 1200 square feet. The project also included construction of a club house with a fitness center and heated swimming pool. Professional landscaping and underground irrigation completed the project.
- Coopersville Motors - Coopersville, Michigan
- Coopersville Motors is a certified Daimler Chrysler Five Star dealership. This project consisted of construction of a new dealership and service center. A second project consisted of total renovation of the show room.
- Reo (LaRoy Froh) Community Center - Lansing, Michigan
- Renovation of a 40 year old community center building including the addition of a new front entrance and replacement of windows, doors and roof system.
- Oceana County Medical Care Facility - Hart, Michigan
- Project consisted of demolition, renovation and kitchen addition to a medical facility. Improvements included addition of a walk-in cooler, installation of a new commercial exhaust hood, and new heating and air conditioning system. All work was completed while residents and staff continued to live and work in the building. Omega Construction worked carefully to ensure life for residents continued as normally as possible.
- Muskegon Heights Housing Commission - Muskegon, Michigan
- Project consisted of renovations to kitchens and bathrooms in two-story low income apartment buildings and a high rise building in order to meet ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance.
- Brimley Area Schools - Brimley, Michigan
- Omega Construction participated in the general trades for a gymnasium addition and renovation work at the Brimley High School.
