Omega Construction's staffing philosophy is to maintain lean staffing with a core of highly skilled and experienced construction professionals and to maintain strong, long term relationships with the best subcontractors and suppliers. This allows us to match the right team of subcontractors to each client's project.

Frank C. Miceli - President

Frank MiceliMr. Miceli has over 34 years of business experience in general, real estate, financial, risk and project management. Having experienced building from the client's point of view, Mr. Miceli brings a unique perspective to the construction process. His ability to take complex client objectives and assimilate them to achieve simple and effective solutions provides a unique value to our clients. Mr. Miceli's State of Michigan Residential Builder License number is 2101191901.

Roy P. Couch - Vice President, Operations

Roy CouchMr. Couch has over 20 years of diverse construction management experience. Mr. Couch has been an integral part of Omega since 1997 when he joined the team as Project Manager. Mr. Couch's skills have been passed through generations from his great grandfather, as evidenced by the collection of cabinet maker tools mounted on the wall in his office. He personally makes certain that each construction project exceeds the client's expectations. His flexibility and responsiveness have created consistent client satisfaction. His project management experience has included apartment and condominium projects, medical buildings, retail buildings, elderly care facilities, churches, single family homes, bed & breakfast renovations, and residential remodel projects. Mr. Couch's State of Michigan Residential Builder License number is 2101188188.

Field Superintendents

Omega's superintendents have demonstrated that their commitment begins on the first day of signing an agreement. That same commitment continues through pre-construction, design review, value engineering, subcontractor bidding, site analysis, and every front-line detail of the construction process. They have loyal subcontractors and suppliers; both of whom understand the big picture. Our superintendents have the field-tested know-how to ensure quality craftsmanship and they enforce Omega's strict safety standards. Each of our superintendents are driven by a simple yet singular mission: a job well done. They have worked very hard to earn incomparable reputations.

Chuck Tulgestke - Field Superintendent

Chuck Tulgestke

Chuck Tulgestke brings over 25 years of residential and commercial experience. As a past business owner, Chuck understands the importance of efficiency, quality and safety. Chuck's wisdom and fresh perspective have earned his a solid reputation in the construction industry. Chuck's can-do attitude and love for his work are evident in every project. Each and every project is a matter of personal pride for Chuck.

Kerry Gould - Field Superintendent

Kerry Gould

Kerry Gould has more than 36 years of construction experience, with more than 25 years as a framing contractor. Kerry jumped into this trade at the age of 10, working as a helper to his father. Kerry is a real craftsman. For Kerry, it is not just work; it's a way of life. Kerry will do whatever is necessary to deliver the quality our clients deserve.

Kim Zawacki - Accounting Manager/Contract Administrator

Kim Zawacki

Kim Zawacki manages all accounting activities for each project and for our company. She is also responsible for contract administration and subcontractor submittal requirements to ensure all parties' interests are addressed.

 

 

Patsy Miceli - Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Patsy Miceli handles specific project and office administrative tasks. She also manages our office and supports each department to ensure each project runs smoothly.
