History
- Founded in 1947 by Harold DeYoung and Clarence Kraker, Omega Construction Co., Inc. has served Western Michigan and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with construction of distinction including institutional, as well as commercial and multi-family residential facilities.
- In 1991, Harold DeYoung's son, Chuck DeYoung, took over the reins of Omega, focusing the company on multi-family and commercial construction.
- In late 2006, Omega Construction Co., Inc. was purchased by Frank Miceli and Roy Couch, Omega's long-term V.P. of Operations.
- Our company continues to serve its' core business of multi-family residential and commercial clients while also serving clients with the need for student housing, medical offices, senior citizen independent living, assisted living and skilled care facilities.
